So am I.
My heart fracturing,
Fragmenting into ten thousand pieces.
As if I hadn’t just finally,
Reassembled the shards.
Will this laughter,
Eventually die?
No longer cackle;
Grim macabre,
Morbid Humor,
Black sarcasm.
From dark,
Back to dark.
I want to laugh.
I do.
Perhaps I’m forgetting how.
